Garry Tonon talks to Warren Stout about how to develop a loose, aggressive, and risk-taking jiu jitsu style. He discusses stylistic differences between he and his team mates Gordon Ryan and Eddie Cummings. He also talks about his upcoming MMA fight and what he learned from George St. Pierre. Garry discusses teaching BJJ and what he thinks is the most important aspect of being a good teacher. He also gives some practical advice on training that all levels can benefit from. Garry is a Multiple time EBI Champion and is generally considered one of the best Submission only format active competitors. He teaches at his school in NJ, Brunswick BJJ and does seminars around the world. Warren hosts Stout Training Podcast. He is a blackbelt under Renzo Gracie and a former collegiate wrestler.
