Shivworks Intro Self Defense Seminar at Stout PGH – South/Bridgeville

 

On Saturday February 4th, at 12 pm noon, Shivworks Self Defense Instructor & Stout PGH Brown Belt Shawn Lupka will be hosting an Intro Self Defense Seminar at our newest Stout PGH location, located at 100 Emerson Ln, South Fayette PA, right off of I-79. This seminar will focus on getting up from the bottom and weapons/knife access & will run approximately two hours. Cost is $20 per participant and the seminar is open to all, no experience needed.
