Fitness

We offer fitness conditioning training at our Strip District location. We have a full weight room featuring free weights, sled, a large selection of kettlebells, TRX, and more. Our group classes are based on themes and are fun, high-energy classes. Most of our members do these classes as a supplement to martial arts classes. We also offer personal training with expert instructors.
