Mark Holst UFC Veteran Muay Thai Charity Seminar on July 15th at Stout Training Pittsburgh,
On July 15th at 6 pm, Stout Training Pittsburgh – Team Renzo Gracie will be hosting a 90 minute Muay Thai Kickboxing Charity Seminar to benefit ARC http://recoveryofchildren.org. ARC is dedicated to recovering victims of kidnapping and child trafficking throughout the world. The Seminar will be taught by Mark Holst. Holst is an 18-3 professional Muay Thai fighter, including fights in Lumpinee Stadium, as well as the largest North American Muay Thai promotion Lion Fights. Mark also holds a 12-5 MMA record, including fights against John Gunderson at the Ultimate Fighter: Team Liddell vs Team Ortiz finale and Paul Sass at UFC 120 and is a UFC veteran. Mark currently trains and teaches Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA at the Ottawa Academy of Martial Arts (OAMA) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Mark has dedicated his life to MMA and martial arts since 2006 and is an engaging and enthusiastic teacher. We are very excited to host him for our first major Muay Thai seminar.
He holds a purple belt in Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Pat Cooligan.
The seminar will be $50 for Team Renzo Gracie members and $65 for non-members.
