Charity NOGI Takedown Seminar

 

Seminar this Sunday at 12:30pm to benefit one of our members and his family who was the victim of a hit-and-run car accident this week. He’s is fighting for his life in icu. I believe in the idea of community when it’s real. I believe we are a community at Stout PGH which supports its own. The seminar theme is controlling tie ups and grip fighting from the standing position without the gi. It’s open to members and nonmembers and is appropriate for any level jiu jitsu student.
