Marc is a professional fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience training clients ranging from Division 1 College athletes, chronic disease patients, and everything in between. Marc received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Pittsburgh in 2012.
He is also a dedicated and active Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor and instructor for Stout PGH – Team Renzo Gracie. Along with teaching the adults in fitness and Jiu Jitsu at Stout PGH, he also is one of our Youth Jiu Jitsu instructors.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he has a passion for health, fitness, and martial arts. While attending The University of Pittsburgh he competed as a strongman athlete and powerlifter, along with a brief stint as a competitive bodybuilder.
