Kettlebell, Barbell and Superfoods Healthy Cooking Seminar
Stout Training Pittsburgh and Rx Kettlebells are hosting an event Sunday at 10am on September 14th. This will be a fun and information packed event. You’ll also get a great workout, eat some great food and socialize with friends. Jarret Lewis (RKC) will help participants improve their Kettlebell swing and discuss why it is such an integral exercise for weight loss, strength, and athletic movement patterns. Jarret will also touch on some training programs you can do at home as well as some auxiliary and mobility exercises. Will Morrill (CSCS trainer) will go over some barbell and exercise concepts. Adam To, Chef (formerly of Salt of the Earth), will do a healthy cooking demonstration focused on “super foods”. There will be food tasting and beer served. This event is free for members of Stout Training Pittsburgh and guests, but members MUST bring a guest to do the event free of charge. All others are $15 at the door.
