Garry Tonon Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Pittsburgh Seminar

On Sunday November 16th at 11 am we will be hosting a No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar with Garry Tonon at our Strip District location in Pittsburgh, PA. Garry is a 2X IBJJF No-Gi PAN AM Gold medal lightweight brown belt division, 2012 IBJJF No-Gi PAN AM Absolute brown belt Gold medalist, 2X World Champ Gold medal lightweight brown belt division, ADCC North American Trials Champion -77kg. Garry has also competed at Metamoris, a high level submission-only invitational and is competing again at Metamoris
