Strength Training Workshop for Muay Thai & BJJ
Do you ever walk into the gym and feel lost or lack motivation?
We have the answers for you! We will be hosting a workshop not only to help you use the equipment correctly and safely but to also help you shape your workouts to compliment your practice in either BJJ or Muay Thai (or both!).

– learn how to create your own workouts
