The kettlebell fitness program is based on Pavel Tsatsouline / Dragondoor.com system (pioneer of kettle bells workout in the United States). Working out using the ballistic movements of kettlebells works large muscle groups in a way that promotes athleticism, and keeps your metabolism burning on high. The two words that best describe our fitness program are efficiency and effectiveness. If you don’t want to spend lots of time getting in shape then try our program. You will be in and out in under and hour with total work time of 30 minutes or less. Once or twice a week is all it takes to get results. The workouts skillfully combine several concepts including resistence training, interval training, balance, muscle confusion, and, balistic movement. Many of our members loose weight and all get more fit. Unlike many crossfit gyms we emphasize technique so that everyone trains safely.
You will be in and out in under and hour with total work time of 30 minutes or less. You will loose fat, burn more calories throughout the week, sculpt your body proportions, and get more functional strength. We stress proper technique and safety.
The format is variations on intervals and circuits, combing Russian kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, and other fun tools. The classes are fun and high energy to provide you with extra motivation. We often have both men and women in class.
