Who wants to learn some no-gi Jiu Jitsu tricks? Garry Lee Tonon is one of the best of the new generation of submission grapplers.   In the past 12 months he has been an ADCC standout, and winner of many high level pro  Brazilian jiu jitsu and submission grappling  events.  He is a member of  Renzo Gracie team.   Stout Training Pittsburgh/Team Renzo Gracie will host a no-gi seminar . Garry  is known for crafty ways of attacking the back, for leg locks and for his amazing defensive skills. Last year Stout Training Pittsburgh/ Team Renzo Gracie hosted Gary’s seminar benefiting the hurricane sandy red cross relief fund. It was amazing. He showed many technique that are just now being brought to popularity by he and other top competitors many months later. Check out a sample from last year:
