Our striking program is structured to develop athletes from the ground up. Fundamental classes (45 minutes) build a strong base in stance, movement, striking, defense, and introductory clinch work through guided training and partner pad work in a controlled, low-contact environment—no sparring. All levels are also welcome in our Boxing classes, which focus exclusively on punching, defense, footwork, and conditioning, as well as our 30-minute Bag classes designed to build power, endurance, and output through high-intensity work.
As students progress, Intermediate classes (45–55 minutes) introduce advanced combinations, defensive systems, partner drills, and expanded clinch work, with an emphasis on timing, application, and fight strategy. Dedicated Clinch classes further develop stand-up grappling and striking integration through focused partner training and live work.
Our Advanced Striking program is invite-only and built for experienced athletes and active competitors. These one-hour sessions combine high-level pad work, partner drills, bag work, live clinching, and controlled sparring, with a focus on sharpening a complete, effective fighting style in a competitive training environment.
