We offer classes designed around your goals, fitness and experience level in three basic programs:
– Jiu Jitsu (BJJ and submission grappling)
– Thai Boxing (featuring western boxing classes/training)
– Youth Jiu Jitsu (separated into age groups and advanced level classes as well as a striking class option once per week)
We let our members customize their programs so you can get the training you’re looking for. If you’re looking to train both Jiu Jitsu and Thai boxing, we have an add-on membership option. We also offer MMA and specific self-defense classes.
